Sales Manager Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Manager will develop new prospective dealers, interact with existing customers to increase sales, manage and train the sales force. Primary Responsibilities

  • •Grow sales profitably to achieve yearly sales goals
  • •Retain existing accounts and increase opportunities with existing customers
  • •Retain Dealer network and promote growth
  • •Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth
  • •Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
  • •Prepare, generate, and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders or determine reason for loss of order
  • •Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback
  • •Review open customer order reports and take action on open items, specifically those that may be at risk in meeting the customer’s promised delivery date
  • •Share market and competitor information with all applicable channels within the organization
  • •Establish relationships and working partnerships, and partner with customers, vendors, credit and A/R to quickly resolve customer service issues
  • •Manage staff and develop sales and sales support staff
  • •Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
  • •Provide regular results assessments of sales staff’s productivity
  • •Train Sales Staff and Dealers on sales tools and procedures.
  • •Review expenses and recommend economies of scale
  • •Hold regular meetings with sales staff
