Sales Account Manager: B 2 B Sales

Summary

Work to develop grow and maintain sales within the establish territories of Richmond, Sea to Sky, Sunshine Coast and Southern Interior of BC. The ideal candidate has worked in sales within the  flooring industry for the past 3 years. The ability to speak Mandarin is a definite asset. Must have a late model vehicle. The successful candidate will be required to travel on a regular bases .

Primary Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our full line of products to retail outlets
  • Work with local builders and designer promoting the Wiston Brand
  • Build relationships with customers and vendors
  • Grow sales profitably to achieve yearly sales goals
  • Retain existing accounts and increase opportunities with existing customers
  • Prepare, generate and follow up on verbal or written quotations to secure orders or determine reason for loss of order
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback
  • Review open customer order reports and take action on open items, specifically those that may be at risk in meeting the customer’s promised delivery date
  • Share market and competitor information with all applicable channels within the organization
  • Establish relationships and working partnerships
  • Partner with customers, vendors, credit, and A/R to quickly resolve customer service issues
  • Enter all pertinent information into CRM
  • Other duties as assigned by the Vice President and/or Director of Sales Development
