Sales Assistant

Summary

Assist the sales department with daily tasks and sales projects. Report on current sales contracts and projects, updating the CRM. Collect trade show reports and lead information in order to follow up with interested businesses and potential clients. Introduce potential clients to Viceroy Houses (2015) Ltd through presentations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate all sales projects, including signed contracts and potential business opportunities from all sales people
  • Record sales projects on file and update on a regular basis
  • Assign file number to each new contract, create separate file, and add to CRM system to keep necessary employees informed
  • Keep track of all sales and contract progress and check for updates from sales department
  • Collect show reports and leads information from sales people and organize leads information into an Excel form for follow up in the future
  • Contact sales people who are at trades show frequently, getting the most updated information
  • Greet potential clients who have made appointments and want to know about the company when specific sales person is not available
  • Introduce the clients to the company through presentation and video
  • Understand and be aware of daily activities relating to sales

 

Position Requirements

  • Degree or diploma with 2+ years of related experience
  • Exceptional fluency in both English and Mandarin
  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information
  • Excellent time management skills and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
